Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. I am considered an out of network provider. I am able to accept HSA/FSA funds and can provide a statement of services and payment for you to utilize this benefit which helps make therapy more accessible. Some insurance plans offer reimbursement for out of network mental health services and I can offer a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I strongly encourage you to contact your insurance to find out what your specific plan offers.

Do you offer a sliding fee scale?

Yes! I hold a couple session spots open in my calendar as I truly value mental health accessibility in my practice. These spots are for clients that are marginalized groups often experiencing financial or economic disenfranchisement and other compounding life circumstances.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency or is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Emergency services can provide immediate assistance and help connect you with appropriate mental health care and crisis support. If possible, stay with the person and remove access to anything that could cause harm until help arrives.
